News at the CCI

It has been a while and some things have changed in the CCI.

1. The OMX system has been moved to the Kruyt Building to remain in action for the coming years. It has been checked for the last time by Henk den Hartog from Leica and he trained Dr. Ernest van Wee at the Biology department to maintain the system. Please contact Ernest if you want to get access to it.
2. The Imaris setup has been updated and a the newest Imaris version (10.2) is running on a separate workstation (Edge2) located in our office O.163
3. We acquired a new 3D printer (Bamboo X1 Carbon AMS) and a handheld plasma cleaning device Piezobrush PZ3 to clean coverslips before coating procedures.
